Medical Checkup!

Dearest ALL!

As mentioned earlier, i have sent out the YEP Medical Form. It is very important that we go and see a registered medical practitioner and have this form certified by him/her. Please take a look at this form before going cause there might be some medical history that you may have to ask your parents about it.

For those who will be going for the vaccinations at HealthServe, please bring this along with you on this Saturday (12/3/2011). Your appointment is at 2.30pm. Hema & Wan Yi would be in charge of coordinating everyone who are going for the Saturday vaccination.

For those who cannot make it this Saturday, the next only available slot is on next Tuesday, 6. 45 pm at HealthServe Community Clinic. Raj would be in charge of coordinating those who are going on next Tuesday, therefore raj you'll take your vaccination next Tuesday too.

** To Hema, Wan Yi and Raj: Please arrange a meeting time with the respective students going for the vaccination. Meet at a common area and go together as a group. Make sure everyone brings their medical form to be certified by the doctor as fit. I'll send u guys the contact of students in your vaccination group so you can arrange the meetup with them. TCP students have yet to get back to me, hence the delay. sorry! The person in charge of the clinic is Marilyn Foo. We've informed her that we're going down.

It is compulsory to go HealthServe for vaccinations, otherwise you won't be able to claim if you go to your own clinics=) As for Malaria Pills which are optional, you may wish to get it on your own.

About Cambodia YEP 2011


Our YEP trip is from 21st March to 3rd April 2011. Our group which consists of 24 members, will be heading to Khmer Village (Cambodia) and Phnom Penh. We plan to bring joy and memories to the villagers; especially people with disabilities. Moreover, geared with our skills and a passion to reach out to communities beyond Singapore, we hope that both our students and the villagers will gain something precious from this trip.
